Job Title: Administrator

Location: Wigston, Leicester, LE18

Salary: £22,000 – £26,000

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are hiring for an Administrator that has experience in collating information to communicate between customers and clients in the Leicester area. This is an experienced environment where you will be assisting the managerial and wider team in processing documents for smooth running of the business.

Duties of an Administrator

In this role you will be working in the administration department to support the members of the wider team in efficiently communicating information. Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering any customer queries via phone and email
  • Speaking with solicitors and lenders for mortgage application statuses
  • Communicating status application information to customers
  • Completing all tasks on cases
  • Logging all notes
  • Other administration tasks as required

Skills and experience of an Administrator

As an Administrator, you need to have the following:

  • Experience in an administration position
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

It would be beneficial to the Administrator role if you also had:

  • Knowledge of mortgages
