CONTRACTS MANAGER required to work on a residential site working on refurbishments.
The successful CONTRACTS MANAGER will have the following:
* Previous experience as a Contracts Manager
* Senior PM experience, (desirable however not essential)
* Suitable references from a previous role as a Contracts Manager
* Experience within the Residential and Commercial sectors
