The Customer Service Advisor role involves:
- Answering any questions customers may have
- Conducting market research
- Data entry
- Booking and managing appointments
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
The successful candidate must:
- Be confident communicating over the phone
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Access
- Be able to use their own initiative
