Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Birmingham / Remote

Pay Rate: £10 – £12 per hour

Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm

Friday 8:30am – 3:35pm

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are hiring for a number of Customer Service Advisors that are experienced in B2B sales. Working with businesses all over the world, you will be joining a talented team of advisors to generate leads and sales for the client base.

Duties of a Customer Service Advisor

In this role you will be working in the Customer Service Advisor department to help in driving profit for the business. Reporting to the manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions
  • Undertaking market research
  • Data entry
  • Booking appointments
  • Telemarketing – B2B

Skills and experience of a Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you need to have the following:

  • Experience of working in a call centre/sales environment
  • Experience of B2B sales
  • Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)

It would be beneficial to the Customer Service Advisor role if you also had:

  • A confident telephone manner
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong

The client is looking for the following language speakers:

  • Czech
  • Russian
