Sales Executives – Energy
Full Time, Permanent
Location: Leicester
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 (D.O.E) + Uncapped Commission + Benefits/Incentives
Start date: ASAP
Hours: Monday – Friday (8:45am – 5pm) 1 hour lunch

Regional Recruitment Services are working with a highly successful Energy brokerage company based in Leicester City centre. They are looking to recruit driven and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join their vibrant team on a full time, permanent basis.

Sales Executive – Energy – The Role
* You will be gathering information on our competitors to enhance your rapport building and negotiation skills
* You will be responsible for contacting and engaging with prospective businesses from data provided, capturing key information on customers renewals, prices and requirements demonstrating detailed product knowledge gained from extensive industry-leading training and your natural sales skills (B2B)
* You will be committed to understanding your client’s needs for the purpose of offering the best possible solution
* You will be responsible for managing you own workload for the purpose of meeting and exceeding your monthly KPI’s

Sales Executive – Energy – The Individual
* You will ideally have strong experience within Energy brokering and a proven track record of success within a telesales role
* You will have a strong ambition to succeed with a positive attitude
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* You will be a team player with a good work ethic
* Demonstrate the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Experience of achieving and exceeding clear targets and deadlines
* Managing and prioritising own workload
* The ability to respond positively to objections/setbacks – you will have a tenacious and resilient attitude
