We are hiring for a Job Title Digital Campaign Manager that is experienced in PPC & Paid Social in Birmingham. This is a modern friendly agency environment, and you will be developing a digital campaign strategy, including a multi-channel plan, projections on results and demonstrating a positive ROI

Duties of a Senior Digital Campaign Manager

  • Overseeing the tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables (using data to plan, test, execute, measure, and refine) across a range of channels
  • Getting hands-on with PPC & Paid Social and leading the team with best practices
  • Coordinating digital campaign activity with the client service team and campaign coordinators including paid social, paid search, campaign landing page development and emails; producing briefs on messaging, copy and creativity where necessary
  • Ensuring each campaign has clear metrics to assess performance and return on investment, continually reviewing and refining campaigns as needed to maximise returns
  • Post campaign analysis, reporting on findings and making recommendations for key improvements to campaigns and providing insight on driving growth
  • Management and control of allocated budgets for campaign activity and responsibility to ensure funds are used appropriately and effectively to deliver agreed targets
  • Managing a growing team of campaign coordinators to review and quality check campaign performance, providing them with best practice insights and techniques to drive innovation

Skills and experience of a Senior Digital Campaign Manager

As Senior Digital Campaign Manager, you need to have experience with

  • Experienced in a Digital Marketing role
  • Detailed knowledge of all social platforms – with a focus on paid social and paid search channels
  • Be super organised and in the detail – be able to demonstrate management of multiple digital campaigns across multiple channels
  • Awesome analytical skills
  • Proven experience in optimising, and reporting on digital campaign activities
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing best practices and technologies
  • Experience working with a design team to develop & optimise creatives
