Shifts – 8 till 8, 3 shifts per week, mixture of days, nights and sleep in’s, dependent upon requirement
We are currently on the lookout for several Support Workers in Kidderminster, with a passion to help individuals integrate back into Community
As a Support Worker you would be working 12 hour shifts, either days or nights, developing and regaining life-skills and building exceptional relationships to get patients back to living their everyday lives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in providing Care and Support,specifically with those with Mental Health conditions and Learning Disabilities, though experience with providing personal care is advantageous.

– Assisting and engaging with daily activities, helping achieve personal goals
– Providing companionship and building trust.
– Provide support to the family members and visitors
– Actively participating in up-skilling sessions, and willing to work towards an NVQ Level 3
The position of Support worker requires an enhanced DBS within the last 12 months
