Location: Birmingham – Central B1
Job Title: Full time B2B Telemarketing/Telesales
Salary: £9.00 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week, Mon – Fri 8:30am to 4:45pm
Due to an increase in demand for our Client’s services, Regional Recruitment have a number of opportunities available. We are looking for experienced and ambitious candidates looking for a B2B telemarketing role, carrying out unscripted telephone appointment making, data cleansing, research and lead generation campaigns throughout the UK and Europe.
Skills required for the Telemarketing/Telesales
* Good telephone manner
* Excellent verbal and interpersonal Communication
* Ability to work to targets; call volumes, conversations and leads
* Time management
* Ability to work well in a pressured environment
* Client liaison
* Team and self-motivation
* Team player
* Computer literate
* MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
* Planning and organisational skills
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively
Required experience Telemarketing/Telesales
* At least 12 months B2B telemarketing experience in appointment making and lead generation
* Graduate level education – not essential
* Bilingual – not essential
