Jack joins us as a Business Development Manager and will support the growth of many accounts within Regional.

“The key to sales is rapport building. When a relationship is just developing, we can use rapport to create a harmonious understanding which enables smoother communication between all parties.
Developing a clear understanding of our client requirements is imperative to the manner in which we work at Regional.
We take the time to meet our clients at their sites to gain an insight into what challenges they face, their ideal candidates and the companies goals. All of this information forms a Client Needs Analysis which we use to create a bespoke recruitment campaign for our clients.”
